Content Management System (CMS)
All our websites are powered by a back-end system and database program which allow the content, page layout and menu to be easily changed or updated by yourself or us. The choice is yours.
The Content Management System is very simple that virtually anyone can update their website quickly and easily. We provide full training and very "easy to follow" manuals. Of course, if you don't want to get involved in the technical side of things - let the Mac Copy team do it for you.
Once in the secure back end system you are able to:
- Modify current pages - it's as easy-to-use as Microsoft Word
- Add new pages (up to your allocated limit)
- Add and edit images using the image editor
- Password protect individual pages
- Easily change the navigation menu - including the order and location of items
- Maintain the meta tags - this is for the search engines and, don't worry, training is provided
- Easily access and modify all your contact details - change it once and the changes are automatically done throughout the whole page - including the footer and contact us form
